Wells Fargo Advisors

Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 10:00AM

After 17 years as a stockbroker, Paul Townsend thought he had it all figured out, but in 2011 he had an epiphany. Using just a few simple yet powerful stock trading disciplines, he was able to improve his total return. In this presentation, Townsend will open up his toolbox and playbook and teach us about some valuable trading ideas such as the pocket pivot, buyable gap-up and the seven-week hold rule. He also advises stocks offer long-term growth potential, but may fluctuate more and provide less current income than other investments. An investment in the stock market should be made with an understanding of the risks associated with common stocks, including market fluctuations.
